About Perennis Health
Healthcare that endures. Care that evolves with you.
Perennis is Latin for lasting, enduring, and continuing through the seasons. Like perennial roots, medicine should cultivate lasting health, vitality, and resilience throughout every stage of adult life.
The vision
Stepping outside a broken paradigm.
Throughout years of advanced clinical practice in cardiology and complex adult medicine, Heather observed firsthand how corporate healthcare often fails the people it aims to serve — rapid appointments, fractured specialty silos, and excessive administrative hurdles. Patients leave feeling unheard, their complex symptoms reduced to isolated refills.
By removing traditional insurance billing from core services, Perennis Health restores care to its intended foundation: a dedicated partnership between patient and clinician. You are not a chart number on a packed schedule — you are an active participant in an unhurried, evidence-based strategy for long-term health.
