Generally within a 15-mile driving radius of our Largo base.

Core Service Footprint

Largo, Clearwater, Dunedin, Seminole, Belleair, Belleair Bluffs, and adjacent central Pinellas communities.

Extended Travel Zone

Pinellas Park, St. Petersburg, Palm Harbor, and Safety Harbor (16–25 miles, $25 transit fee).

Barrier Islands

Clearwater Beach, Indian Rocks Beach, Belleair Beach, and St. Pete Beach — scheduled based on transit, bridge traffic, and availability.

Portal response times

Established patients can message us securely 24/7. Routine messages, refills, and non-emergent inquiries are answered within two business days.

The portal and phone lines are not monitored 24 hours a day and should never be used for acute or worsening symptoms.

Perennis Health is an outpatient practice — not an emergency facility or walk-in clinic.

If you experience chest pain, shortness of breath, severe bleeding, signs of stroke, or any life-threatening condition, call 911 immediately or go to the nearest emergency room. Do not wait for a response via portal, phone, or email.
