- Detailed interpretation of diagnostic blood work
- Care coordination with specialists and hospitals
- In-home portable diagnostics (ECG, vitals, glucometry) during visits
Excluded (third-party costs)
- Prescription & compounded medications (incl. hormones and weight loss injectables)
- External lab fees (e.g., Quest Diagnostics or Labcorp)
- Diagnostic imaging (X-ray, ultrasound, CT, MRI)
- Specialist consultations and outpatient surgical procedures
- Hospitalizations, ER and urgent care fees
- Vaccines obtained through outside pharmacies or clinics
Insurance, Medicare & payment
Cash-pay clarity. Your insurance still matters.
Commercial Insurance
We operate strictly as a cash-pay practice and do not bill insurance or file claims. Keep your coverage for prescriptions, outside labs, imaging, specialists, and emergency or hospital care.
Medicare Policy
We are completing final regulatory reviews regarding Medicare participation. Required compliance agreements and private contracts will be executed per federal regulations. Contact our office if you are enrolled in Medicare.
HSA / FSA
Memberships and visit fees may be eligible HSA/FSA expenses. We provide itemized receipts; please confirm reimbursement with your benefits administrator or tax advisor.
